A bit about me…

I am a fully qualified and insured therapist, and an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). I am passionate about providing a supportive space where people feel genuinely heard and understood.

My journey into counselling grew from a deep interest in people, relationships, and how we make sense of difficult experiences. Like many people, I understand that life can bring periods of struggle, uncertainty, and feeling overwhelmed, and I believe those experiences can be an important starting point for reflection, growth, healing, and change.

I know that coming to therapy can feel daunting. You may be unsure what to expect or whether talking to someone new will help. My aim is to offer a warm, down-to-earth environment where you can feel at ease, go at your own pace, and talk about whatever feels important to you without judgement .

My work is grounded in empathy and authenticity. My belief is that when we feel safe enough to explore our thoughts and emotions openly, meaningful change can happen. Rather than giving advice or telling you what to do, I will work alongside you, helping you gain insight and find your own way forward.

I am committed to ongoing professional development and reflective practice to ensure I provide the best possible support to those I work with.

Outside of my practice, I love spending time in the great outdoors. Being in nature helps me maintain balance and perspective, and it’s something that gently informs the calm, grounded presence I aim to bring to my work with clients.
